SmartPay Payroll Reporting Service

Many payroll services directly feed SmartPay for automatic payroll reporting. If yours does not, you can still take advantage of pay-as-you go billing by utilizing SmartPay’s optional payroll reporting service, SPRS to report your payroll each pay cycle.

To be eligible for SPRS, all you need is a workers' compensation report reflecting subject wages by state and class code.

For an annual fee of $350, SmartPay will work with you to report your payrolls each pay cycle.

If you meet the criteria in the second paragraph**, you qualify for SPRS!

* SPRS is applicable for ADP, Paychex, Intuit and many more payroll vendors. Contact SmartPay directly to confirm that your payroll vendor is supported.
** In certain circumstances, we will accept an email with subject wages and state class codes if you don't have a Workers' Compensation report.
